Fleet
Our fleet
In 2008, CBED became the world’s first shipowning company offering dedicated services to the offshore wind industry. Over the years, the gained experiences have formed into our fleet of walk-to-work vessels working on projects within both the offshore wind and oil & gas markets.
Purpose-built fleet for offshore energy projects
Our purpose-built fleet offers sheltered storage facilities, offices and meeting rooms which enables seamless operations. By utilising DP2 systems, the motion compensated gangway installed across our fleet allows offshore technicians direct access to their offshore workplace, even in harsh weather.
All vessels in our fleet also have an adjustable pedestal on the gangway allowing a flexible working range, which brings our vessels high up on the list of best-in-class on operational limits.
At the same time, our fleet design also balances leisure time activities with integrated cinema, fitness room and TV lounge and game room options for lengthy projects away from home.
